New Years Eve 2015

New Years Eve 2015 is still available for booking. Your own private charter for up to 12 guests, in the best harbour in the world and with the best view of the amazing fireworks display that Sydney offers. And just in case that's not enough we have included a world class chef to personally look after your cuisine for the evening.

This year we have secured Executive Chef Chris Richardson who personally look after your catering for the evening. Chris has worked with the likes of Neil Perry at Sydney's famous "Rockpool" restuarant. You can rest assured you will have the catering like no other vessel in the harbour.


MENU

Canapes on Arrival.

Sugar cured ocean trout, crouton, white bean puree, roast olive tapenade


Roast sweet potato and spinach arancini, blue cheese centre, 3 garlic aioli


Buffet.

Sydney rock oysters natural, fresh lime


Sydney rock oysters, pickled ginger, wasabi, shallot


Chilled king prawns, spicy cocktail sauce

Alaskan crab, king prawn cocktail, pickled cucumber, iceberg, curry mayo


Baked snapper, chilli jam, thai basil, coconut milk

The cruise will leave from either Balmain or Leichhardt wharf at approx 6.45pm and return approx 1am.
